If you are always traveling, then there should always be room for a small alarm clock. Even with today’s modern watches, alarm clocks are still a necessity. If you’re going to buy an alarm clock for traveling you should choose one with a built in back light. You certainly don’t want to bump your head in the darkness of your room when the clock sounds off.
